1.Acceptance of Terms

2.Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses seeking co-packing or white label manufacturing for dog treat products. By submitting an inquiry or entering into a service agreement, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and have the authority to enter into binding agreements for that business. Packing Paws reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client at its sole discretion, including projects that fall outside our production capabilities or minimum order requirements.

3.Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a project or standing production order, written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance. For active production runs, cancellation may not be possible once materials have been sourced or production has begun.

  • Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis but are generally not available for services already rendered, materials already sourced, or production runs already underway. Deposits securing a production slot are non-refundable once work has been scheduled.

4.Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal details with third parties except as necessary for the operation of our services.

5.Changes to Terms and Conditions

Packing Paws reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated terms.
